is there a possibility that my team could get a sponsorship? and if so wut are the benefits?

This is a good example of perhaps the WORST way to seek sponsorship. Before asking for what a company can give you, maybe you should sketch out a framework for how YOU are going to help the company and why it is in their interest to invest in you and your team.
