Why did SPLAT get into paintball? Here at Splat we saw the
huge potential that was present in the paintball industry
to produce a high quality, mainstream magazine that all aspects
of the paintball community can read and enjoy. Together with
the help of the finest writers, designers, and photographers,
SPLAT looks to make its mark in paintball and give the readers
something they have never seen before.

Why should I get into paintball? Paintball is the number 1
growing extreme sport in the world. It promotes teamwork,
strategy, problem-solving and combines it with a pure adrenaline
rush that just can’t be beat. Anyone can play paintball. Your
little brother, your sister, your mom, everyone can have fun.
The future of paintball is bright, and everyone that can should
be apart of it.

Inside each issue you’ll find helpful beginner tips, awesome
products reviews of gear that every paintballer should have,
plus great photos of the best players and fashion in the game.

Q: How do I subscribe to SPLAT magazine?
A: You can order from our online order form, or follow instructions
on this page to order by phone or postal mail

Q:
How much does a subscription to SPLAT magazine cost?
A: The basic annual rate for SPLAT is $29.97 for 6 issues
in the U.S., $49.97 for 6 issues in Canada, and foreign orders.
Q:
I am in the military. May I subscribe to SPLAT magazine?
A: Yes, SPLAT will ship to APO/FPO addresses.
Q:
Do I have any options for billing?
A: If you live in the U.S., you may choose to be billed one
month later. Please write to us at:

CHANGE
OF ADDRESS
Q:
I have a change of address. How do I get that to you?
A: Click here to send us your address change. Include your
full OLD address and your full NEW address. If you know your
customer number (found on the upper right-hand corner of a
renewal notice), please include that as well. You call also

Please
remember to notify your local postal service of your address
change as soon as possible so that any issues already circulating
in the postal system will forward to the correct address immediately.
You will need to notify us 4-6 weeks in advance of your move
to make sure you don't miss an issue. The USPS does not automatically
forward periodical class publications and may take up to 4
months to notify publishers of any changes in address. BILLING/PAYMENT
Q:
Why am I still receiving bills when I only requested a free
trial?
A: Sometimes SPLAT magazine makes subscription offers which
include free trial issues. If, after receiving your free trial
issues you do not wish to continue your SPLAT magazine subscription,
just write "cancel" on your bill and you owe us nothing. Please
allow 4 weeks for your request to work through the system.
You may receive another bill depending on when you first notified
us. Please simply disregard this subsequent bill.
Q: Why do I continue to receive bills after I have paid for
my subscription?
A: Occasionally your payment and our invoice cross in the
mail. If you are still receiving bills more that four weeks
from the time you sent your payment to us, please let us know
so that we can insure that your account has been properly
credited.
CANCELLATION
Q:
If I canceled my subscription, why am I still being billed?
A: Please note that it takes a few days for a cancellation
to become effective, so if you receive any invoices after
you have canceled, please ignore them.
Q:
What if I canceled my subscription but then changed my mind?
A: If you paid by check and wish to resume service, please
either return the refund check with a request to reinstate
your subscription or send us a new check. If you ordered by
credit card and wish to resume service, we will simply put
on a new order for you.

Q: If I cancel my subscription to SPLAT, will I get my money
back?
A: Absolutely. If you are ever dissatisfied with SPLAT, let
us know and we will issue a refund for all unmailed issues.
LATE
OR MISSED ISSUES
Q:
What if my issue arrives late?
A: SPLAT magazine is shipped Periodicals (Second) Class. Subscriber
copies normally ship from our printers in Mendota, IL around
the 15th of each month. The cover date of that issue is one
month ahead of the calendar month. For example, the August
'03 cover date would ship on June 15. Depending on your service
area, you should expect to receive that copy by the last week
of June. Please allow 2 weeks beyond expected date of delivery
before notifying us.
Q:
What if I've missed an issue?
A: If you've missed an issue, we may have an incorrect address
on file. Please contact us to verify your address on file.
Or call customer service at 1-866-67-SPLAT (77528). Your magazines
may also have been stopped due to non-payment. If this is
the case, payment may be sent to:

If
there are no previous payments on the account, you may call
customer service and put the payment on your credit card.
Subscribers: If the Post Office alerts us that your magazine
is undeliverable, we will suspend your subscription unless
we receive a corrected address within two years. If you are
still unable to determine the cause of a missed issue(s),
please call customer service at 1-866-67-SPLAT (77528).

Q:
May I reprint any portion of SPLAT magazine?
A: All requests to reprint articles from SPLAT magazine must
be sent to the following address. Please include all pertinent
company information, reason for request, manner and timeframe
of when such request would be posted and in what media.

ISSUES
Q:
How can I get a back issue of SPLAT magazine?
A: Back Issues are not considered part of a subscription order.
However, available back copies can be purchased from Home
Gym Warehouse by calling 1-866-67-SPLAT (77528) or ordering
online at www.home-gym.com.
Please note that there are different availabilities depending
on the issue and consumer demand. Prices will vary.
